It seems like Jay is well liked down there in Florida, so I think there is a good shot he ends up as a head coach somewhere in Florida within the next two years. Jay won 4 Arena Bowl titles as the QB for the Tampa Bay Storm and was an offensive assistant under Jon during his time @ One Buc Place. Again, I like Raheem Morris, but if the Bucs dumped him and hired Jay Gruden as the HC, I wouldn't complain.

Again, I like Raheem Morris, but if the Bucs dumped him and hired Jay Gruden as the HC, I wouldn't complain. Honestly I hope they give Morris at least one more year. I don't like it how all these Florida jobs are opening up, especially since Jay has ties to that area. I don't think the Bengals will have Gruden long, but I sure hope it is longer than just this one year.
