December 13, 201114 yr Love Tebow...love his committment to well...everything. He doesn't do things in half-measures, whether it be practice his faith or play his game. Side bar....we hate the media frenzy about Tebow, but are salacious about what the media may feed us about the "bad boys". :idunno:
December 14, 201114 yr Side bar....we hate the media frenzy about Tebow, but are salacious about what the media may feed us about the "bad boys". :idunno: I agree with this statement for most people. However I actually get tired of the media dragging stuff out whether it is a good or bad story.

Which is why I tend to gravitate towards guys who have press conferences about "practice", pay their fines with "straight cash homey", or "make it rain"!

You have to fill 24 hours of TV time, 365 days a year. The only way to do that, is to beat everything to death or into something other than what it originally was. Sports has become the male version of soap operas. The controversies have eclipsed the sport, as the most important thing in sports coverage, now. It soured me on the NBA years ago. I quit watching NASCAR, because it became WWE on wheels. It completely ruined college football season for me, this year. All I care about is the competition, the games. I miss them.
December 14, 201114 yr With so many shady and criminal athletes out there, ie. Kobe, Big Ben, Vick, Suh, I could go on for days, it's refreshing to see an actual decent human being doing well. If not for football, Tebow would still be successful in life and give back to his fellow man. If not for the NFL and NBA, I'd say 1/3 to 1/2 the players would be in jail or have done time or been killed in illegal activity. God Bless Tim Tebow! Oh come on....Kobe doesn't deserve to be mentioned with the word criminal. That's a huge reach.
December 14, 201114 yr I would think, albeit I'm probably wrong, that even those who dislike or are still skeptical of Tebow the NFL QB can agree that he is a remarkable leader. There's no denying that he has that entire team and locker room buying into him and whatever is going on with that team.

December 14, 201114 yr  Now we're comparing Tebow to Hitler...:ohbrother: They are both pretty evil in my eyes.
December 14, 201114 yr Oh come on....Kobe doesn't deserve to be mentioned with the word criminal. That's a huge reach. Technically, Ben wouldn't be a criminal either.. he was never actually convicted of anything.
December 15, 201114 yr Oh come on....Kobe doesn't deserve to be mentioned with the word criminal. That's a huge reach. Does Suh or Big Ben deserve to be mentioned as criminals either? I don't think so. Vick...definitely.
