Well Bill has said many times how much he's learned from Saban. To me Saben is what he is. Type A, totally in control, his way or hit the road. I've heard he is tough to work for because he's so demanding. To me you can't belly ache about it. You know what you're signing up for. It's going to be brutally tough with him, you are going to be prepeared and you are going to win! If I was a defensive player wanting to go the NFL that's where I'd be going.

But like most of these guys he is grouchy, controlling, and has a huge ego. He is one of a few hundred but better at his trade than most.

I had a talk with someone the other day about Nick before Bama and seeing him on TV back then and thinking .."How does he get a staff coach to stay with him?" Little man Snydrome, and now he is at my school I have seen almost all his pressors and man its not easy being a writer. I get an uneasy feeling when it starts. But the article is 6 years ago and we only get one side, but Nick likes Nick and its his way or hit the road jack. But as long as we do things right and the program comes first I have to deal with him and pull for my guys. Its just like I stated earlier on my questions I asked, why now? Its there to hurt my program now.
December 8, 201114 yr Saban once fired an assistant coach and left him on the side of the road in Arkansas. Reason he was fired, he had the directions wrong to the recruits house.
