This one is really surprising I thought SK was supposed to be one of the best in the 8th. How did Chambers play?

Great game by Kristian, he played extremely well against his AAU teammates. I know he has always had the respect from them, and hopefully has shown the rest of Kenton County why it is deserved.

First off congrats to the Wildcats, I was as impressed by their play and depressed by the way we played for most of the game. GC plays as a team and always seemed to find the open man and seemed to scrap for every single loose ball. This is the type of game I feared. I knew we could have trouble against bigger teams if we didn't convert from deep but GC wasn't bigger, just hungrier. This was indeed a reality check for the Neers, an absolute beatdown.

 

Chambers was ale to get open shots tonight but they weren't falling. Morgan played a great game, he was very effective driving to his left yet he's difficult to guard since he's good at stopping, pivoting and shooting the pull up jumper. I wouldn't want to be wearing SK practice gear tomorrow.

It's hard to beat GC on their floor with John Jones coaching. Morgan is very hard to guard because he can shoot and attack as good as anyone.

Saw coach Jones and his staff at the SK/PC scrimmage, sounds like great preparation to go along with great play out of Morgan and Brown. Morgan didn't get much respect in the preseason rankings. he is a very good guard with great body control.

Wasn't impressed with SK at all, that tenacious defense was merely holding jerseys all night. 8th region wide open.

Everyone thinks Gallatin is a small school so they shouldn't be mentioned with the "big dogs" Gallatin is a great program and will make noise at the end.
