They must be pretty strict on this. Kasongo threw down a nasty Shaq Fu dunk off a drop step the other night in an East Ridge game and was T'd up for hanging on the rim. He did pull down on the goal pretty aggresively but there were still players underneath him while he hung for just a split second. The ref was quick with the T though. Guess there not used to seeing so many dunks around these parts.
