I'll take that bet. It's not even close to that number. I'd say that there are more fun leagues then there are money leagues.

I don't think you should combine unrelated topics just because doing so would result in more activity in that forum. There is a reason we have separate forums for unrelated topics and I am not sure I see justification to go away from that formula in this case.

I think its a place where dorks can unite, and I mean that in the nicest way possible, which I will throw myself in that mix as a fantasy football dork.

I thik fantasy sports is more like gambling and not gaming. I'll bet that 99% of all fantasy sports leagues have money on the line. That's not the case for video gamers.

Honestly, that would be a much better combination I believe. Let's be honest, fantasy sports is the real thing here as both gaming and gambling have a fairly minimal amount of posts. If you want to do a combo forum then tie the two things together that are very closely related. Both are about sports, both use the actual game for another purpose, and many times they are directly tied to each other.

All leagues that I play in (NASCAR, Football, Baseball, Basketball and Golf) have money on the line, including my "fun league". Why else would you play fantasy sports if there wasn't money on the line.

For the pure fun and enjoyment of it. I've been playing fantasy football for 24 years now, and I have had as many as five teams some years. You can also add in fantasy nascar for the last 10-12 years. In all that time I've only had 4 teams that had money of the line.
