November 10, 201114 yr Bingo. Like it or not, my phone is attached to my person. Some jobs simply require it. So, if you've got it attached you might as well use it to keep up with what's going on. I spend a lot of time in my car covering a lot of territory (5 states) so I communicate in many ways through my phone. Twitter is one as it helps me keep up with what's going on , and this is key, IF I AM INTERESTED. I get to choose who I get updates from. You won't see me following people that provide no valuable info to me. I don't follow people who put out news that doesn't interest me. I was like a lot of people at the beginning when I though it was just people telling me where they were going to eat. The beauty is if I do not care I do not get that info because I CHOOSE not to. November 10, 201114 yr I apologize if anyone is my friend on Facebook and sees something with a hash tag. At times I post from my phone utilizing my social media ap that allows me to post to my facebook, twitter and linked in profiles all at the same time with one postThat's totally understandable. It's people that use it for the sake of using it that bug me. I actually know a guy that uses the hash tag on his Facebook and he isn't even a Twitter member. :ohbrother:
November 10, 201114 yr Jim Schue = #againstanythingmainstream Jim Schue = #crotchety Yikes! Who knew the white hairs in my beard have roots all the way back in my brain? I'm really worried about the next phase, now that they are starting to show up on my head as well.

November 14, 201114 yr Trending now on Twitter is #whitepeoplegooglesearches. #whitepeoplegooglesearches whose my boy and why does he want me to holler at him? Funny.
November 19, 201114 yr Here's a good example of why the # is used: Because I follow the KHSAA twitter, anytime a user anywhere posted a score and/or update with #khsfb I saw it.
