Frankfort 49 Dayton 0

Final from Frankfort.

Great job Panthers.

Panthers play was ugly tonight. But got the job done on defense.

Another long season for the guys in green, but I still feel optimistic about the future direction of the team under Coach Montgomery.

7-0 after first quarter and 28-0 at halftime. 49-0 Final. Frankfort scored 21 in second quarter all on defensive touchdowns. My summary of the game. Frankfort is very one-dimensional. They can't throw the ball, which will kill them against Beechwood. O'line is not very good. They fumble way too much only lost a couple though. Obviously have some athletes that can make some plays on offense. On the defensive side of the ball they fly around, but will just get pushed off the ball by Beechwood. Pretty good run defense. It appeared they are susceptable on pass defense too. Several times Dayton had wide open receivers just could not get them the ball. 7-0 and Dayton had receiver with no one within 25 yards of him and he drops the ball. The thing that will definately be Frankfort's achilles heel will be sportsmanship. Too many personal fouls to count. That will catch up to them. It was not just last night either. I saw it in a few other games this year.

So you are saying, other than that they are pretty daggone good?

Frankfort is lone man standing from their district. Good job to the Panthers for taking care of business tonight.

I don't disagree with your assessment of last night game.

They don't throw the ball well. Really never have in the last 8 years.

O-line did stink it up last night. There was a make shift o-line due to other reasons. But still should have played better.

Fumble snaps had to do with playing a different center. But still no reason for it.

Defense has carried this team all year. Partly because we have a great DC and also because we have a ton of youth on offense.

One reason the Wide out was wide open because one -dimensional Dayton called a pass play at the right time.

You are correct as it relates to the teams penalties.

74, PRESSURE makes you see things that are sometimes NOT there....The Panthers picked off 5, dropped 1, and took 2 to the House(should have been 4 to the Huse)....They also FULLY understand that Beechwood and Mayfield are the Kings of Class A Football; however, their focus is on the Tigers of Bellevue.....Ackizms

bellevue beats frankfort. there is a reason that they are the only team in their district left.

Won't happen! And yes the rest of the district is terrible. Just like the NKY district all but 1 team is terrible.

Frankfort is Very young but the Freshmen QB will be ok. Great job Panthers one game at a time.

Ii would not to compare the districts. The NKY teams played much tougher schedules.
