Does anybody have one of these? A friend of mine recently got one and loves it. I was thinking about getting one, but they are expensive.

I'm interested as well. How much are they?

They have various sizes. The large, which my friend has is $799 dollars.

What is it?

Was wondering the same?

How about you get one and we just come over and cook our stuff on it?

:thumb: I like that idea.

Why would you want to cook at a very high heat?

Searing steaks to perfection on my Infared would be one fantastic example...

Yeah, I'd rather do 'em my way -- slow and low, baby.

2-3 minutes a side to sear and then back to slow and low. Your way is no longer the best way... :D

That's OK, baby, with my gout I barely ever make steaks anymore. It's all about cookin' up some hog these days ...

Well, in that case, this grill is also a great smoker. We were at a Keenland tailgate party and my friend had country ham that he slow cooked on it. Never thought about putting a country ham on a grill, but it was good.
