He thinks he intentionally made a misrepresentation, which he has no way of actually knowing. Someone asked him, what if it was unintentional, and he responded with "if, by chance, he just doesn't know the difference, that gives me serious pause as well." I'm betting you have very little knowledge about the effect it had on many companies, I saw it first hand. I would really hope any politician would know what he or she is voting on especially when it can harm so many people, and in this case he either did or didn't know. If it's the latter, it should give anyone pause, it's really simple to educate yourself on.
