VOR his point, I think, is that Bw was down the last 2 years and their record points to that. He is using the CC loss and close game I assume this year to try and compare as to whether or not Bw is improved or are they more along the lines of the last 2 years. Now let me point out Bw could be about the same and Mf not be as good as they were the last 2 years and that might be good enough for Bw to beat Mf. I might also add that I have not passed any judgement here as of yet for myself.

 

Fair enough. I get it if that is the point ... i.e. trying to figure out if BW is better this year. To that end, BW's only loss is to CCH and I would say this is clearly the best Cov Cath team since they won the state championship in 2006. And I think this is the best Beechwood team since they won the title in 2008. As I stated, BW was down in 2009. In 2010, BW was very good but not good enough to beat Mayfield. In 2011, BW is better than both the 09 and 10 teams.

I was referring to TP saying you are trying to figure out if BW is better. That hasn't been an issue for me. I have felt they were better since before the season started. TP says you started this thread because you were wondering if BW is better so I put my opinion out there for you.

Mayfield has the best area in the state to tailgate that I know of. Right down on the field , great atmosphere.
