That is true. Going into the last 30 minute session, what was the score? I wasn't tracking it as closely as you but I think it was either tied or within one score and I can't remember who was winning. In the first two 30's, neither team's offense looked all that great to me. So it was a tight battle till the final 30. Then Conner put up 3 scores I believe rather quickly. Honestly, Holmes' players looked like they didn't even want to play that final 30. Not a good statement for the Bulldogs. In a regular season game, no doubt I go with Conner by a couple of TD's. Considering how the Beechwood / Conner scrimmage went, that is bad news for Holmes this Friday versus Beechwood.

I arrived at BW for the last part of the Holmes / Conner scrimmage and from what I saw Conner was in complete control. Because of the ease of a couple of Cooner runs and scores I had to ask the person next to me if they allowed "full" tackling in this type of scrimmage. I got the impression thatHolmes packed it in early. Could have been by design, who knows?

This one will get lopsided in a hurry.

A score is a score. If it's special teams, defense, turnovers, etc.

 

Conner keeps giving up the big play and fumbling and throwing interventions.

 

Until the mental mistakes stop the losses will not.

I guess I was asleep (no surprise), but I "thought" it was 3-2 Conner after the 2nd period. Then, at the start of the 3rd, Conner was on a long dirve, the QB fumbled, and Holmes ran the fumble back which I "thought" tied the score. Then, Conner brought it down the field and scored what I "thought" was the final TD (4-3 Conner). No way did I see 7 TD's by the Conner 1's, however, I really lost interest fairly early so it could've happened I guess.

 

As for this topic, BW should control the game and will hopefully put it out of reach early.

No one is falling for your sandbagging my friend nor will your boy's ever fly under the radar! Perhaps a tougher schedule and some losses may have helped, but not a potential 13-0 or 12-1 in late Nov

It appears that the starting time has been changed to 8:00 due to the weather. Quote I read was from Beechwood athletic director.
