What's the latest on ticket sales? Last I heard WKU was going to lose money unless some more tickets were sold.

^ It probably doesn't help that ESPN moved the game to 9 pm on a Thursday either. That network really hosed the whole state of Kentucky with that UofL-Murray at 6 pm on a workday with UK-WKU to follow at 9 pm on the night before a workday. What are they trying to do to us?

 

I am told ESPN didn't move this. Tennessee State uses LP field as their home field and plays Saturday. WKU either didn't plan well or thought TSU would give up the date. WKU was given the chance to play the game on Sunday but they did not want to have TSU's logo on the field for the game.

I refuse to believe that Louisville took a 6 pm start or that Kentucky took a 9 pm start without some prodding from ESPN.

Are there any type of heat restrictions the NCAA adheres to? It will be cooking at 5:00 p.m. tomorrow.

I can't wait to see Josh Clemons run the ball, the guy really moved up the depth chart and certainly passes the eye test. I don't like the fact that Joker is going to be playing two QBs again. If you have two QBs it means you don't really have one.

Thursday night is one thing, but if I'm not working, I'm not earning and I still don't know how I'm going to make it to PJCS for a 6 pm kickoff. 8 or even 7 would have made this a lot better.

May I ask what you do for a living and your age? I have you pegged in your early 30s.

I'm heading down for the game but only because a friend has his bachelor party planned around it. I'll be back in the Commonwealth early Friday am. Having said that, it should be a fun time.
