I looked at your schedule and as I said I just do not think it compares to us and the margin we beat good teams by. and I was pointing out the boyd county loss to say all teams have bad games and rival type losses

I'll give you that. But I think that the Boyd Co loss did us more good than it did them. It was a wake up call for us early in the season. And boy did we go on a tear after that. Let's put all of this behind us and look at the facts.

Both teams had a good year and both deserve all the accolades.

As far as who would beat who. That is something that neither one of will know but trust me I won't lose any sleep over it. ;)

As for the Boyd Co game. I had a senior on this years Russell team and I believe in talking with him that they all would like to strap on the gear and have another go at Boyd Co.

Same with us and CCH, I think all the my class champ could beat your class champ stuff has alot to do with intence fans shell shocked that the season is over. perhaps we belive that arguing about it will somhow pass the time till next season begins lol :sssh:

p.s. My dad could beat up your dad

great season Russell we both have somthing no ammount of arguing will take away a big trophy that says we ARE THE BEST!!!!! :dancingpa

Amen to that. Next year will definately be different for me. With my oldest graduating this year my nerves will not be as tore up next year. I'm just glad his senior year went as well as it did. :D

Probably could. My dad died several years ago.

I know X lost to T in the Big Game but also remember they split the games this year. They beat Manual 2 times, won @Male, @Lex Cath, @Bowling Green, @John Hardin @ Fern Creek, and Highlands. They beat almost everyone in the Top 10 Ratings this year. This is no disrespect to T. They won the big game when it counted and played great. However, I am considering the whole season and not just one game.

lol for a moment I felt like an idiot but then i remembered i always feel that way :D

Oh PLEASE!!! I HAVE SEEN YOUR DAD,HE DOESN'T STAND A CHANCE.But he is a really good cook.

I believe as a whole 2A is weaker than 1A. Just my opinion though, dont bite my head off.

Sorry, but this schedule does not impress me. No disrespect for the great season NCC had in winning the 1A title, but my impression was that 1A was down a little this year. But it really does not matter, NCC was the best in 1A and you should be very proud as we are at Russell of our title in 2A.

Most likely, year in and year out, a game between 1A and 2A champs would be very competitive with very few if any blow outs either way, including this year!!!

I would agree, especially since Boyle County moved up to 3A.

Since then, I would say that Bardstown in 2001 and Danville in 2003 would be definite favorites over their counterparts. Otherwise, I think they're pretty even.

I dont understand how anyone could place St.X in front of Trinity. Its rather ridiculous. There was no doubt left in the championship game. The argument for 2nd is between St.X and Lex Cath, but make no mistakes about it...Trinity is the BEST team in the state this year.
