Respectfully disagree. The county is getting hosed on both stadiums, not just PBS. The revenue they projected from the sales tax is not even scratching the surface to pay for both stadiums. Can't give the Reds a hall pass on this issue.

I can't fine the article where it says GABP doesn't lose any money for Hamilton County.

My company has had season tickets for a long time and have moved slowly into really good seats, I can't see giving them up and the buying them a few years from now and paying for another PSL and going to the end of the line.

We have company seats. I turned them down twice last year. Would you take free meals from a restaurant that had horrible food? I wouldn't.

Cantor released it at 7 after seeing MGM release it the day before at 7.5 and getting bet down to 6.5 instantly. Unless MGM expected Palmer to come back I can't beleive they were that high. Being that these places are in the business of outsmarting people I'll take the Gals to win 6 or 7 at least.

You remind me of the lady in the office next to mine that complains about number of free tickets, team Bengals are playing, or the weather on game day when she was offered them and now complains because they don't offer them to her anymore. I am a Bengals fan and NFL fan, so I always enjoy the games and i am very grateful. Due to me going on bad weather days and being a real fan got me the playoff tickets last time.

Bengals are not right now, but I enjoy the whole NFL atmosphere. The were fun a couple of years back and will be good again. I didn't mean to say you were complaining, just in my situation my boss knows who is grateful, etc. about our tickets. But some people use your reasons, to be a fair weather fan.

Actually the city is losing money having the Bengals here. The tax payers and legislators got worked hardcore on the deal they made with Mike Brown. Mike only cares about one thing and that is money. He doesn't care if they win. All he wants is your hard earned money in his pocket for putting a crappy product on the field. I was a season ticker holder for a while but it was just throwing money into a fire. I hope they move the team or somehow he comes to terms that he is a terrible GM.

 

It kills me when people say this. I have said this before, there are plenty of cities who would LOVE to have a NFL team in their city, yet people around here want them gone. Cincy would not get another football team here like Cleveland did, yet people want them gone. While we all still have the memory of the 90's, and also how bad last year was. This team has won 2 division titles in 6 years in one of the hardest divisions in football. However people would rather have no NFL team at all, that makes no sense. Yes they may never become a consistent winner, however I would much rather have a NFL team here than none at all. Especially a team who believe it or not, has had more success in the last 6 years than close to half of other NFL cities, and is a team who does have a bunch of young talent.

 

This team may never be a consistent winner, just like the Reds possibly never will be what they once were either. However it is much better to have professional teams here than not at all.

I honestly don't know if they are or not. Would be nice if someone could provide some information on this. However just because there was an article stating how the Bengals stadium is costing the city more money than any other NFL franchise. It doesn't mean the Reds are not costing the city money too, if I had to guess I would say the Reds are costing the city a good amount of money too. It just might not be quite as much as the Bengals stadium.
