I'd like to see the Mavs win one. I like Cuban and Dirk. I thought they deserved to win it a few years ago, but I won't re-visit that. I think they're more than capable of winning it all. What's crazy is the year they might make the finals again, is the same year that the Heat have a team good enough to make the finals again too. Which might produce the same result as last time.

It is ironic. Dallas won both games during the season, but that was in December. We tend to forget that the Mavs were 25-4 prior to Dirk's injury and they finished 28-13 on the road, tied with Miami for tops in the league. I think a series between these two could be a great one.

I lost a whole lot of respect for the Lakers and their organization yesterday. Just embarrassing and classless. Bynum is a punk. I only wish he had pulled that crap against the Magic. Howard would have put him in the hospital.

Sure the Pistons walked off the floor in 91 when MJ beat them, and LeBron didn't shake hands with Orlando but atleast those guys didn't try to hurt someone. I've always liked Bynum but that was horrible.

Why is the organization classless because of what one individual did? Not one person from the Lakers organization defended Bynum's actions and Bynum himself admitted it was a dumb move on his part. I could understand bashing the Lakers organization if the entire team was doing dirty stuff but it was one person. Let's not get carried away.

Odom's foul was wayyyyyy overblown. That wasn't done with intent to hurt. That kind of foul happens all of the time. Wade did something similar to Pierce in game 1 and Pierce was ejected(which I thoroughly enjoyed) but are the Heat classless now? Fouls like Odom's are funny testosterone driven fouls. Bynum's was an out and out cheap shot. Tremendous difference.

Man home court advantage in the NBA is pathetic. The Celtics got their brains beat in in the paint in game 2, and its just the opposite tonight.

Yeah Howard doesn't appeal to me as a guy who would want any part of any kind of altercation. He's too worried about cracking jokes or working his next publicity stunt. Puts up freak numbers because he is a freak athlete for that size, but I've never considered him a tough guy.
