Two words: Chew Drive......

Anything to get out of doing what I need to get done.

What to do? What to do? Even the old platitudes aren't much help.

Look before you leap.

He who hesitates is lost.

I bought a great book that helps with procrastination, I plan on reading it this summer...

:D :D

There is one good thing about procrastination... You always have something to do tomorrow.

Do you put off studying for tests the night before due to laziness and choose to wake up early instead? I do this because when I'm pressed I concentrate. When I know I have other time to do things that I'm doing, I can never focus. I just work better under pressure. It's a poor strategy but it's worked so far.

Yeah but sometimes I even take it a step further and convince myself certain assignments I just won't bring to class and I will turn later. I've had at least five assignments in past the due date this semester do to procrastination alone. I have made no lower than a C on those assignments and thats with an entire letter grade deducted for being late. So if I done my work when it was supposed to I would make really good grades but for the life of me can't get started on things when I need to sometimes.

As far as tests I am the same way, I always plan on studying plenty beforehand but usually end up giving it a good, hard, fast look before class starts then after I get finished realize how much better I would have done if I would have just taken the time to study the way I should have.

Absolutely!! Now here is someone with a plan. :thumb::lol:

I don't really know what the word really means...I'll google it in the morning.

Interesting thread I must say. Glad I finally got around to checking it out.
