The Bulls, Thunder, Heat, and Celtics all have more talent than LA though. You can have the most experienced team, I'll take the 4 with the most talent. We'll see who wins....I'm guessing me.

That makes no sense but OK. Every team in the NBA has talented players. There is a reason the Lakers and Celtics have won the last 5 titles. They are experienced and know how to win. At this point most of those players are on the downside and they still were at the top of the league. Once you get deep into the playoffs every single team is just as talented as the other its not about talent at that point. The Knicks are pretty talented. So are the Wizards they have a ton of young talent.

KD has put up some terrible numbers when Artest has been on him in the past. Everyone is very quick to jump on the hot team right now. Lakers needs to get out of the first round still. :lol:

 

I'm not on the hot team. I took OKC when Perk got there and showed he was healthy. Everyone else can be a bandwagon for all I care but the playoffs have had little influence on me as far as a potential OKC-LA matchup is concerned.

The Lakers and Celtics were the two most talented teams in the league over the last 3 years. Boston has had 3 HOF guys and an all-star PG, mixed in with a good supporting cast. The Lakers have had the top duo in the league in Kobe & Gasol, mixed in with Bynum and Odom who have given them an advantage against any team they play.

 

No team could match their amount of talent over the last couple of years, that isn't even close to a valid point IMO. Did the Cavs have as much talent as Boston? How about the Suns or Nuggets compared to LA? Orlando? I'm not seeing it. Experience is key, but the most talented team wins more often than not. Detroit is the only recent example I can remember where that was not the case.

1-6. IMO 7-12 the Lakers are garbage and plenty of teams can throw more out there. However, Playoff benches only go 7-9 deep so it never really hurts them.

These numbers are not exact, but on the season Durant took 150 shots less than the previous season. Westbrook's shots increased by around 250. I am not a fan of high volume shooting PGs, like a Derrick Rose. History shows you traditionally do not win with that type of make-up.

Who isn't garbage 7-12? I'll take the Lakers second team of Blake, Barnes, Brown, Odom and Bynum over anyone's.

 

Note.....Bynum typically plays with lineup more than any other starter which is why I added his name with the second team.

If the Lakers get to play OKC I hope to god Westbrook takes 30 shots.

How mad do you think Dwight Howard is right now? His MONSTER series is being overshadowed by his terrible team. He is averaging 32 Ppg 17.4 Rpg on about 66% shooting. They should be steam rolling people if he could get anyone else to show up.
