April 26, 201115 yr CCC, do you think Miami will figure out how to win close games against Boston or they will beat them bad enough 4 times that it doesn't matter? Yes I do. ???
April 26, 201115 yr Westbrook has to get his shots too though. Durant = Batman Westbrook = Robin Robin averaged 16 shots a game in the regular season and took twice that many last night? Not a good recipe for the Thunder.
April 26, 201115 yr Who isn't garbage 7-12? I'll take the Lakers second team of Blake, Barnes, Brown, Odom and Bynum over anyone's. Note.....Bynum typically plays with lineup more than any other starter which is why I added his name with the second team. Bynum doesn't count, he's a starter. We'll add Joe Smith in there. But realistically no one goes 10 deep in the playoffs other than Denver and we see what that has got them. Still the Killer B's are far from superior to anyone elses 7, 8 and 9 guys. Average at best. ??? You asked and I answered the question. I think they have already figured out how to close games and they will show it next series. There...... Durant = Batman Westbrook = Robin Robin averaged 16 shots a game in the regular season and took twice that many last night? Not a good recipe for the Thunder. I haven't seen Durant being Batman to Westbrook's Robin this season. Westbrook has been just as big, if not bigger for OKC compared to Durant IMO. Durant is the better scorer but I'm not convinced he's head and shoulders the better player than Westbrook. JMO
April 26, 201115 yr How mad do you think Dwight Howard is right now? His MONSTER series is being overshadowed by his terrible team. He is averaging 32 Ppg 17.4 Rpg on about 66% shooting. They should be steam rolling people if he could get anyone else to show up. He's getting no help. But like I always say, Dwight Howard can have the least dominant monster games of anyone I've ever seen. Don't really know why that is, maybe it just means his help isn't getting it done. But when Shaq or Tim Duncan went for numbers like that they won.

April 27, 201115 yr Duncan and Shaq have had much better teams. True. But still. If your big man gets 40, 20 and 5 blocks that team shoudl win. That said, Turk, Nelson, Arenas and co. have been pathetic.
April 27, 201115 yr You asked and I answered the question. I think they have already figured out how to close games and they will show it next series. There...... I asked if you thought they would close out close games or win big enough that they aren't close. Big difference. Should be exciting.
April 27, 201115 yr I asked if you thought they would close out close games or win big enough that they aren't close. big difference. Now you n Who in the world would think 2nd round games in the NBA playoffs wouldn't be close? Its the Heat and Celtics, not the '96 Bulls we're talking about here.:idunno:

Its the Heat and Celtics, not the '96 Bulls we're talking about here.:idunno: I just don't see the Celtics losing 3 or 4 really tight games against the Heat. Doc Rivers is a far better coach especially late and the Heat don't win close games against good teams. I'm not going to say it's impossible that Miami executes late. I think they need to win 3 games by 6 or more to win the series.
April 27, 201115 yr Kobe going olddddd school. Haven't seen him get up and throw down like that in a long time.
