April 7, 201115 yr Author The weather is not looking great but it should be a great weekend anyways. The Ashland on Saturday will feature some serious Oaks contenders. I don't know if any horse could beat R Heat Lightning right now though.

April 10, 201115 yr Just got back from Keeneland. After the rain passed over it was fantastic weather. We went also. Nasty weather early, but the sun came out just in time. It was a beautiful day and not too crowded. I didn't cash a ticket but still had a good time.
April 11, 201115 yr I believe I brought this up last year...but here I go again. People, enjoy Keeneland, enjoy tailgating, but PLEASE bring garbage bags! Hated leaving yesterday and seeing all the garbage left on the ground by patrons. Keeneland is a first class place, so use some class!

April 15, 201115 yr Author Looks like I made a good decision about staying home. The rain is coming shortly. It rained for one race and then passed. It was an awesome day : )
