Does anyone really know how many will come back from RI ? What if they do some kind of four on four challenge ? That would be the ultimate redemption.

 

Jeff seemed to imply that one is coming back and the rest are going to the jury during the next RI challenge. 2 hour season finale on Sunday so there aren't any more options.

Logically I agree with you. Rob has likely played the most masterful game of Survivor ever. It still takes jury votes to win and if the past is precedent then the jury members bitterness may rule out any chance he has to win. IMO, no one besides Rob deserves to win but the person who deserves to win doesn't always win. You don't think the jury members will hold a grudge towards him? Especially knowing his wife has won Survivor already? You telling me if one of the final 3 has a sad sob story that the jury won't award them the money out of sympathy? Seems like it happens all of the time and I could definitely see it happening again. I have quit watching Survivor 3-4 different times because of the wrong people winning. People get all emotional like Grant did and then they get bitter when they are in the jury.

 

Man, I need to get on Survivor. I'd be happy just to make it to the jury.

 

Usually the most deserving doesn't win...however I stated a few weeks ago and I still feel the same today that if Rob makes it with two members from his original tribe, then I think they will reward him. I don't really have any reason to believe that, just a gut feeling. I feel like David would definitely vote for Rob to win it all.

 

I would love to get on Survivor as well and I have always said if I did, it would be a goal of mine to just make the jury...anything after that would be pure bonus. Sure winning the title and money would be phenominal, but I'd be happy with making the jury and having America think I was cute and fun haha!

I think David will vote for Rob. I also think that whoever makes it back from RI will win the immunity challenge and make it to the final 3 and that will hurt Rob's votes. That is my prediction. I want Rob to win so that means he won't. That is how Survivor plays out for me. The person I want to win NEVER wins.

I also loved that they made Andrea sleep separately. Ralph reminded her about the tarp situation back at camp.

That was a great quote from Ralph...it gave me a good chuckle.

I don't buy that for a second, because the other people sitting next to Rob in the finals all had a part in them leaving as well. Rob can say he was the mastermind behind every single elimination. He could simply ask them to tell him one move the others made that was THEIR idea that proves them worthy of winning the million. We'd hear a lot of crickets. The only way Rob doesn't win is if one of the RI originals (Matt, Mike) are in the final 3, and I'd still say he has a better argument than either of them.

If Mike or Matt is in there it is NOT going to come down to who has the better argument. Best likely scenario for Rob is probably Grant comes off of RI, but NOW Rob has given people a reason to vote for Grant, plus Grant has a claim at independence from Rob. I don't see Andrea winning a challenge against three of the four best challenge competitors so I'm not figuring that scenario into it.

 

I fail to see how getting rid of your best ally who everyone thinks is your puppet to keep alive a potential dangerous duo is a good move. I'm taking Grant and Phillip to the final if it plays out like it did. Short of a fantastic final plea Phillip isn't getting one vote. Paint Grant as all muscle and no brain and I don't see votes going his way either. If Rob wanted to stay true to Natalie replacing her with Phillip in this scenario may cost one vote (Ashley) but that's it. Ashley has shown an independent side, has a bond with Natalie, and is probably the only person left that is dangerous enough to get Rob eliminated. Cutting her head off (Natalie) was the best move.

If Rob wins the next immunity challenge, he really takes control because he can use the hidden immunity idol to control who goes to the final four with him. That will almost assure him being in the final three unless Natalie and Phillip wise up that they can't beat him and turn on him.

Because he got rid of a stronger opponent and took a lesser opponent who clearly will not get votes to the finals? Is there one person on the jury that would vote for Natalie over Grant (excluding her buddy Ashley if she is on the jury).

I'd set my target goal at making the jury and winning the 100K for favorite Survivor. I can handle a few days being pampered on the beach at a hotel in a tropical paradise as a jury member and collecting 100K for being the favorite Survivor.

 

Plus, if I just get 100K I can tell my new found family members and friends that my money is already gone.
