When Knight didn't get anywhere and was confused with about 5-6 seconds left I felt he should have called the time out then.

I cannot get over Jones' shot selection. I'm tired of screaming PASS IT at the TV.

All around, solid game to watch. Kentucky had about a 5 minute stretch where they really struggled and it cost them. Same story as the previous losses. Fall down big, Knight leads a charge back, and the Cats fall short.

 

Knight's turnover 90 feet from the basket hurt BADLY. Gators got a 3 off of that turnover...

Wish he didnt get hung up there. Took too much time to come down the floor and got in the trap. That's where we need the experience factor that we lack in our players.

Why call a timeout? Kentucky's advantage is not heady play and Calipari's strength is not the white board. Get out, move down the floor, look for a rhythm shot from your BMOC. How is that supposed to NOT be the game plan. Now, they didn't get the shot they wanted, but that's the girl that brought 'em; gotta dance with her.

Kentucky has actually fared very well in plays coming out of a timeout this season, but I have no beef with not calling a timeout.

Everyone needs to take a chill pill. Cats played strong and with lots of heart. This game will only make them stronger in March. Jones needs to be reeled in. Hope that happens. Still say Elite 8. Go Big Blue!!
