Not sure who #14 is but he really adds a lot to this team. Deep threat and gets after the ball off the boards.

#14 is Parker Stansberry. Very nice player who, at 6'5, is a threat both inside and outside.

Hatton is a heck of a player and gonna be more and more of a nightmare for opposition each year. Congrats to Dixie. It will be interesting to see how NC develops as basketball legs develop by the first of the year.

A football article I read said Jack is 6'10" and 330 lbs. That's one big man.

Good win for the Colonels even though they weren't hitting on all cylinders.

 

Hatton went wild out there and put up 27 points....they really didn't have an answer for him.

 

Stansberry had a very nice overall game....had to be in double figures on the boards along with a couple of nice blocks on Geis..

 

Pike got into some foul trouble and just wasn't himself all night.

 

I thought Trammel had a good defensive game...and did a nice job converting at the line offensively.

 

I think one of the strengths of this years Dixie team, is the ability to overcome an off night by a guy or two.

Boy - Big Jack makes Pike looks small. Saw the box score. The bulk of NC (6'10" and 6'7") was a tough matchup for Pike but Hatton seemed to have his way, scoring > half of Dixie's points.
