That's not a reason to stay. Records are meant to be broken. I've here a couple of prominant coaches express this with a quote that I love, and is ultimately true. "As I passed others who came before me, there will also be others to come along and pass me."

 

Best of luck to a man that will forever be regarded as one of the best coaches (all sports, not just football) that this state has ever known.

Good Luck to Coach Hilton and his New Staff at Pikeville College. Write it down he will be successful there. I,m sure he would not have taken the job unless Pikeville convinced him they want to build a Football Program. Lots of good Ky. Boys who need a place to play Football.

Great hire for Pike, good move. I like it. He get's to coach his son. Coach Hilt has nothing left to prove on the HS level. it would have been nice to see him win the state and leave as the winningest KY HS coach, but that would not have added anything more to the legacy he will leave behind. Good fit for everyone involved.

He will have to change. I think Holland will stay around as Offensive Coor.

None. Rains will be leading a team in Central Ky next year.
