I heard the Offense for Henry couldn't get anything going. Put in good field position many times and kept coming up empty.

If anybody ever comes to your program and mentions the franklin system run them out of town imediatly.

Its how you run it, and teach it that can make any system bad.

They had a LONG, LONG way to go before I would have thought them capable of beating Henry!! Which makes this all the more impressive of a win by the Mustangs...again, kudos to Moore on a tremendous win. (even though they did knock me out of the Staying Alive contest this week!!!!!!! :irked:

I know because Henry Co. had so much success the past twenty years before they ran it.

The past few years I think we would have been succesfull with any system, it's the short yardage situations that require power that I personally feel like it limits you in. Congrats to Moore, they earned the victory.

I want to say that I realize that every coach thats been at HC since my boys have played have been great and have had my support. I know that each has believed in their systems and expected nothing but success. I dont't pretend to know more than any of them as far as systems, I just know what I like to watch as a fan. I no longer have a dog in the hunt as they say but I will always love and support my wildcats.

You sound like a solid supporter that has followed Henry through different eras. Any idea of what their next step is? Are any coaches staying? Are there any teachers who are coaches? I heard that the district is shying away from hiring coaches for teaching positions.
