Sooo...since everyone hates the Bengals now, anyone got 3 really, really cheap tickets to sell me for the Miami game?

While Carson threw the inceptions, there is plenty of blame to pass around. 4 false start penalities killed drives. TO drops a sure first down to kill a drive. Then TO gets an offensive interference penalty that puts them in a 2nd and 20 position. Chad has the pass hit him in the hands. A player of his vocal stature has to make that catch. There were plenty that lost this game.

Average O-Line??? They are God awful. I hope that Palmer is just in a funk and this isn't a season long thing. It is only 5 games, and they can get hot. However, they don't seem interested on offense.

Carson's pitch and catch with the Bucs DB for a TB TD was huge. Caldwells drop wasn't that huge. Perspective people. Palmer lost that game yesterday. All the Bengals need out of him is to manage a game ala Trent Dilfer, so far he hasn't proven that he can do that. 3 INTS are inexcusable.

Just run the ball and let Huber pin them deep. Assuming we get the punt off, TB has to go at least 80 yards with 2:00 to go & 0 timeouts against a D that had been great all day.

 

Instead, we throw the ball & get it picked & lose the game. Palmer shares some of the blame, but that is a horrible play call.

 

Also, TB's last play was not a completion. I had a great view & saw the ball bounce. Just saw the replay on TV and the ball bounced. Can't believe the refs missed that one. That game should've gone into overtime.

 

Bad, bad loss for many reasons. The Bengals have about a 4% chance of making the playoffs now, and that is generous.

I'm trying to figure out what Mike Brown sees in Bradkowski. Does he not watch the games? I'm sure there are hundreds of people in his ear about him, but he continues to ignore the subject and keep him around. If he's not out soon, I'm not so sure we win 5 games next season.

I totally agree with everything you said. As someone mentioed earlier it starts at the top. Mike Brown is an idiot. Marvin Lewis is also an idiot. CP isn't the problem. He's not great by any means but he has two idiot diva receivers and idiots in charge of the organization. He's in a pretty bad spot. The 1st pick was a terrible read, but that stuff can happen. I'm sure he will admit that was awful and that its on him. Saying all of that if not for two offensive interfernece calls when they would have been in FG range they would be 4-1. That isn't on CP. He needs to be better for them to be successful, but he's done enough for them to be 4-1. Coaches and penalties kill him.

Even with replay I guess there still isn't a perfect recipe. It's still a lot better than MLB's review rules though.
