Cool song. Great video. But, it falls short as a football anthem.

 

Each time I hear it in a high school football stadium, it misses the mark. Not exactly the genre for pregame music.

 

Just my opinion.

They started off our homecoming playing that song in the background and it was great for that....had all us senior mom's teared up for sure.

It's going to be the song played at every end of the year banquet with team pics. It will have all the moms crying.

Some of the clips at the end are motivational, but not the entire song...... Can't go wrong with AC/DC before kickoff :ylsuper:

Here's a funny story about this song. I made my freshman football player listen to it in the car at the end of the summer and he was less than impressed (while I was tearing up). Evidently, their coach used it in a pregame speech, because a few weeks later, he had a different opinion. The song came on while the family was driving to church. Younger brother began singing with the radio and my freshman said, "Mom, make him stop." I said, "It's a free country, he is allowed to sing with the radio." Freshman said, "Mom, no he can't. No one should sing this song. It's like a prayer." He was dead serious.

Pretty sure it was on ESPNU - channel 208 on DirecTV. Well worth the hour spent watching.
