Sorta reminds me of those Buffalo Wild Wings commercials where the old man push's the button and chaos erupts.

I will agree that it does not look very promising for Green County to host any home games after this mistake with the clock. My question about the error, is Green doing anything to correct the clock keeper for future games or is this going to set the stage for some more discrepancy?:eyeonyou:

Hahahaha...Ifs, Buts, Candy, and Nuts...we'd all have a Merry Christmas

Careful BigEye....Looks like you are trying to stir the pot a little!!!!!

You mean besides the "ata boy" and the player of the game award he got?

Its okay TSYOUNG, I can take it because in the end, I'll get the last laugh :)

If you mean playing for second or third again then I guess you will! Galsgow already sealed your fate for district, but there is still possibly a runner up in region still left for Green again this year...:D

Next week and the week after, all of Tompkinsville will be brought back down to earth :))

You may be right. If so I will admit it, we will see though!!

They may have got screwed, but thats karma. When you run the score up on every cupcake you play, the Universe tends to stick a fork in you from time to time haha.

I did not see this game. I am aure it was hard fought on both sides. One thing seems clear from reading the comments the KHSAA needs to instill more accountability for their refs. I have seen and heard the reffing is pretty bad this year. I know they are only human no foul in that, but there seems to be a huge lack of accountability. I have seen my fair share of blown calls this year.

Yes, the official time is kept on the field. The time on the scoreboard in high school is not the official time. Did anyone address this at the end of the game or while it was happening? The officials should have caught it anyway even if no one pointed it out to them.

The game really doesn't matter other than it put a little pep in Loan Oak for there game this Friday. Also gives Green Co. a moral victory after chocking in the final minutes at Glasgow other than that its just a Win and a LOSS.

Lone Oak does not run the score up.Last year there were 2 games that the jv didnt go in at halftime. We never hung 70 on anybody.

Anyone can say what they want, bottom line is Green played their hearts out to get a chance to win it in the final seconds. Lone Oak obviously over looked them and Green showed up to play. Was there a wrong doing? Everyone has already said including Green fans that it was a mistake, so a win is a win.....I personally think it was a good moral victory none the least for the Dragons!!! l also feel that LO will be tough to handle in their next game...a little lesson hard earned....never leave any chance or doubt for the other team to get back into it!! Just like in MMA, if you want a win, never let it go to the judges!!!!!
