Final

Evidently, Withrow is a team that finishes strong, given what happened last week and again tonight.

Go 'Birds!

Was not at the game, but had heard Withrow had 3 guys on the D line over 300 pounds. How physical was Withrow? I'm sure they had plenty of skill players as always.

Why was Withrow so effective with their passing? Listened to the radio broadcast and apparently the receivers were wide open all night, missed alot of passes right in their hands that could have been touchdowns if caught.

I can't believe the Birds D gave up 27pts to Withrow....Wow!!!!

Did Compton play for HHS?

No, Compton did not play. Highlands got all of their yards from running the ball.

Did Compton play for HHS?

No Compton tonight.

Did Sully play?

I think all their td's were either set up with or were passes themselves

Big runs by Towles all night that led to HHS scores.

Did Sully play?

Yes

Congratulations to Highlands!

Boy did I mis-underestimate the Withrow passing game. Thing thing was, in the first half he wasn't trying to pass much he was scrambling and keeping it. 2nd half #1 came out dropping back and passing along with a lil scrambling. He was flat out awesome. If he say back and passed all night like he did in the 2nd half I don't know how this one finishes.

First off they had the line to pass block, 2nd there QB could create any extra time he needed with his feet, lastly, he simply kept finding open guys. Withrow knows how to run the spread offense.
