I understand that Highlands could do little this year to improve the schedule. I'm sure Dale would've loved to play another Cincy school with the talent he has this year. After looking at the rest of Highlands schedule' date=' it is going to be one beat down after another on into the playoffs. It's a shame that, knowing the talented group of kids they were going to have these past couple years, they didn't secure a top Cincy team or Louisville team. The fans love it. I see at least 3 losses there, maybe 4. I don't think Dale would bite off more than he can chew!

Speaking of talent , in your opinion over all , how does this years talent compare to last years talent at Highlands ?

For what it's worth (probably not much), Highlands' showing against Beechwood apparently hurt them in the national rankings picture. Heading into the BW game, Highlands was ranked 21st nationally by the MaxPreps Freeman Rankings, which is based on a formula. I noticed that they are no longer ranked in the top 25 following their victory against BW. I guess MaxPreps' fancy computer didn't think much of the Beechies laying 24 on Highlands! :cry:

I believe last years talent was better. Especially when the left handed QB was healthy. They were bigger on the lines with Roller at MLB. They had more speed as well. JMHO.

I'm glad somebody is giving me credit. That was who I was shooting for...but with a more subtle approach.

This year's squad is very talented and is all business on the field. The speed and talent is quite impressive.
