I get that but I don't get that. I can't understand giving up a fight if you know you are right. The justice system is so weird.

I agree and Breitbart could very well be 100% wrong. I don't get the idea of caving when you feel you are right. But when corporations and insurance companies are involved it's about minimizing risk and loss.
