July 7, 201016 yr Anyone had Fat Tire beer? Its not sold around here (NKY/Cincy). A friend of mine from R.I. told me it was a very good beer.
July 7, 201016 yr One of the very best around. I love it. My cousin lives out in Denver, and whenever he comes in town he brings my uncle a case or two and he always sends a couple my brother any my ways.
July 7, 201016 yr Had it MANY times. It can be found all over the west and is very popular in ski resorts. A craft beer store in town is carrying F.T. now which is AWESOME. The store also has a VERY nice selection of Belgian Trappist Monk beers which I highly recommend to anyone who enjoys discovering new beers.
July 7, 201016 yr Fat tire is the best I've had. I think you have to make a trip to IN to get it. I hope they start at least shipping to a place like the Party source soon. I was actually in Ft. Collins about a month ago and did the tour. Pretty cool brewery.
July 7, 201016 yr It's across the river in Indiana these days. I know it's been on tap over at Rich-O's in New Albany. New Belgium has been painfully slow to reach Kentucky. I hope it comes around soon.

I've got a friend who picks it up regularly in Lawrenceburg, IN. It's a darn good amber ale. If anyone has a chance to try it, I'd recommend New Belgium's 1554 Black Ale as well.
July 7, 201016 yr Fat Tire is outstanding. I can only get it when I am in Wyoming. Now, its possible that the Teton mountain range and the Snake River are what makes me feel so good, but it always seems to be accompanied by a Fat Tire and a jalapeno burger from the Mangy Moose Saloon . . .

A jalapeño burger sounds fantastic right about now, although it'd likely ruin the rest of my (and my co-worker's) day.
