This team is so much fun to follow.

That's why I bunt there.

So you bunt Bruce all the way to a K because he might hit into a DP? What if he pops one up or bunts right back to the pitcher???

If pitchers can bunt an everyday batter can bunt. Its not that hard.

Easy to say from the couch...

That's why I bunt there.

Hindsight is 20/20. It's a tough decision with a guy like Bruce, but atleast if he screws up a bunt its only one out instead of two I guess.

Did the rules change to say you can only get one out on a bunt???

It's just a lost art. I'm a believer that every major leaguer should be able to get a sac bunt down, but that simply isn't the case.

It would have to be a pretty terrible bunt to get two outs

He's a professional ballplayer... He should learn.

Still one bunt in his pro career, right? You'd love that number if he didn't get it down...

All the way to a K?

He gets two shots.

What if? Are we only wanting or manager to make calls that are guaranteed?

What if he hits a line drive into a triple play? What if....

You play that game and then question the flip side? Funny...

Have you heard of the concept of self-fulling prophesy?

My point is the "what if" you throw out is a given. Why even bring it up? We all know the pros and cons.
