I believe this will be the Bears best season. They have a very solid RB in Cody Taylor and a huge O-Line. They will also have maybe the most dangerous player in the region (Smith RB/WR/DB). Look for a bunch of kicks to go away from him or it could be 6.

Everyone went home except for four teams after 3 players went to the hospital for heat and body cramps. It was 117 degrees on the turf. There were a lot of good teams and talent.

Lots of teams went home but the final four was set. It was HC, Fairdale, Bell, and Boyle. All others had been eliminated from contention for the championship. Several were still playing for 9th place. Boyle and Bell went home because of the delay for heat and HC and Fairdale waited it out and played. HC won.

Yes the North Laurel game is on Thursday, if you get the Wazoo Sports channel it will be shown live. As for breakout players don't forget the Maggard kid played a lot at reciever so he has some experience to go on the other side of Dylon Smith. And I hear Tucker Lewis may see some time at fullback that should be interesting.

No North Laurel?

 

NL will surprise a lot of people. They should be in the playoffs for sure. The attitude has changed at NL. Those kids and coaches are working very hard and expect to win every game they play and that is the way it should be.
