SHELLY West is the daughter of Dottie West (who was Rogers' duet partner). She had several hits of her own in the early to mid 80's, many of them with her own duet partner David Frizzell, the younger brother of Lefty Frizzell. To my knowledge, Chely West does not have any other family members invovled in the biz.
