I believe the tigers could be the surprise team in NKY. They have lost a lot but they return D.J. slater who is more of a power back then Buckler was. The question is who will take the snap for the tigers. They should also have a good offensive line this season led by right senior tackle Rick Allen.

Beechwood will be very talented this upcoming season but i will be surprised if Bellevue doesn't finish at least second in the district and if anyone can give Beechwood a run for their money it will be Bellevue.

Who is back on the offensive line and who will be starting on the offensive line?

NKY class A is Beechwood think they are alot better that last year team. Think Bellevue is going to be good Slater is a good RB think its going to be very close for the 2nd seed Brosart,Walton,And Dayton should be improved teams. Just think Beechwood loaded all around

1st - Bellevue will be getting a new head coach and more than likely much of the coaching staff will turn over. How will the kids react to this? What kind of changes will a new coach bring to the program and will the players accept and adjust to those changes?

 

2nd- Everyone knows that the 1A district goes thru Beechwood. It does not take a rocket scientist to figure that one out. Bellevue is returning some very nice players and if the cosmic stars align, then they will have a very good chance of seeing Beechwood again in the playoffs again this year. You never know what might happen by that time, injuries etc play a large part in 1A football.

 

3rd- Teams such as Brossart and Walton will be much improved. Dayton and Ludow will always be tough due to the rivalry aspect for Bellevue. This will only make the district tougher and should help close the gap on Beechwood for all teams.

 

Bellevue has a great fan base and if they can get some young men to come out and work hard for the new coaching staff and believe in themselves then Bellevue will have another good year. i think a lot of people will be pleasantly surprised by this!

Obsiously a rival game where anything can happen. I look for the teams to be a little more evenly matched this year. I am hearing some positive things coming from the Dayton side.

 

How will the new coach at Bellevue build the team up for this rivalry? If it is not a Bellevue person, will they understand the importance of this game?

I Heard that who ever the new coach is that they will put him in Bellevue black and gold and drop him off at the east end of Dayton and make him walk back to Bellevue high school! He will then understand it I am sure
