Some one correct me if I am wrong but I think they beat them twice that year. Once in the regular season and then the playoffs.

Highlands was undefeated during the regular season and lost to them in the playoff at Conner with Bob Lewis as their coach and it would be coach Herrman last game to coach for Highlands two of the best coaches around and I think the year was 1983.

Forgot we beat Lou. Butler and Dupont and barely lost to ST. X we play Middletown a team that beat Moeller last year.

When it comes to playing teams that can actually compete Sk can't handle it. Face the facts,Sk played Scott last year? I don't see any baby teams like that on Boone and Ryle's schelule. It's no wonder Conner and Sk had such great records last year. They both play some of the biggest joke teams in the state.

The goal for SK or any other 6A team shouldn't be to win district, but state.

Now, yes a sub-goal can be to win district, but let's have these teams step it up and do something really magnificent. Heck small little Shelby Valley won state in basketball.
