Congratulations to Hall! Big accomplishment with all the talented players in the 11th region.

Very good player! Must have gotten the award for what he meant to his team. Other players may have been more talented but after watching him his team went as he went. Team def. over achieved this year. Congrats to Vance! Well deserved.

I know there are a lot of good players in the 11th but to say he is not even the most talented, I'm not sure I agree. I like his game as much as anybody in the region. Put him on Scott County and take away any of the big three on their team and I think SC improves. Just because Franklin County would be a lot worse than any of the top teams doesn't take away from how good he is.

Congratulations Vance...very deserved. I agree with Rainman11, Vance is as talented as any player in the 11th especially when you evaluate the complete package.

There is not a more deserving player for this. Vance is such a good kid and has represented Franklin County to the best of his ability. He is such a talented young man and has a great future ahead of him.

No question about this. You add that to the fact that his box scores are better than any other player in the 11th, and you have a "no brainer" pick for this honor.

Noone can truly be surprised by this post can we? I mean no player can win an award without somebody saying that they didn't deserve it.
