Sent you a PM. I know OR has been open on here he is disabled. His hospital stay is related to his disability.

 

He really appreciates all the cards and letters he has gotten. He wants to thank everyone for them. I printed off the original thread with all your well wishes and had it taken it up to him and he was really moved.

 

On behalf of all his family you are thanked for your prayers. They really mean a lot.

Just an update to let you know sometime int he next couple of days Old Rambler will be moved an assisted living facility for about 6 weeks of rehab. He was hoping to get to come home, but its not going to happen for awhile. Needless to say he is bummed. Whenever he gets moved I'll let you know his new address. The cards and notes and phone calls have meant the world to him.

I visited him several months ago and he was doing better, a little depressed about the whole thing, but better. I haven't heard anything in a while. I'll see what I can find out.

I don't get on here as much as I used to but can anyone tell me how Old Rambler is doing?

I have obviously missed some events during my time away.
