Lost (TV Show)

I just watched last nights episode online and it was awesome. Of course it once again didn't answer any questions and only provided more. But it was still very good. Just hate that I have to wait another week now.

Sure it answered some, we now know that the split reality is the result of that bomb being exploded. We also know that Desmond can travel between both realities, and it is triggered because of magnetism.

I'm still waiting for the real Locke to make his return. Surely they wouldn't build up a character as they have Locke, only to see him die so suddenly and easily.

I sort of thought that was answered, at least implied quite a while ago. I guess now we are certain.

Well Locke always talked about his greater purpose in life and what not. Maybe his purpose was to be the vessel for the MIB?

Well, one of the thousand questions were answered tonight. The whispers.

But IMO that didn't adequately address why you only heard the whispers when the Others were approaching. Or at least, that's the only time I ever noticed them. I felt the answer could have come in a less direct way. The only way it could have been more direct was if they stared straight at the camera and said what they were.

I thought last night's episode was a bit of a step back. Not a lot happened of significance, more like treading water.

Did Desmond run over Locke so he'd have a connection with Jack, or because he was under the impression Locke threw him into the well?

I don't know, but I hate having to wait a whole week before the next show. This sucks.

Can someone tell me if this is true? My buddy told me last night that the writers weren't going to answer everything because that would take away from the show.

I don't see how they could answer everything. There are so many very large questions, and many smaller questions that still need answered. There is no way that they can get to them all.

I was wondering what the deal with Michael was...now they kinda addressed that at least.

No comments from last nights show yet?

It certainly seems like Desmond in the alternate world is playing much like Jacob's character did by bringing the people together or meeting them randomly. What's the story with that?

And Jack jumps ship to go back to MIB...interesting.

Instead of answering questions it just gives us more. That is what makes this show.

I just worry that the ending will not match the show.

I think Jack has the right idea. He said that the MIB wants them to leave the island and I think he said maybe that isnt the smart thing to do. I think Jack will end up being right.

Of course he will be right. He's the protagnist of the show.

How many episodes do we have left?

2 hour series finale is May 23rd. My brain is too fried with law school finals to count how many Tuesday are between now and then though.

However, I think the dead John Locke on the island will some how wake up or the John Locke from the alternate reality will morph over to the island. We haven't see the last of the real John Locke. Personally I want him to be the one that saves everything I always like him a lot more than Jack.
