Who is going to this game? I am wanting to go as one of the kids I have been assisting in getting his information out to colleges is playing. After sitting in the cold at the Music City Bowl, I don't know if I want to freeze my tail off again! My feet still haven't warmed up from that game.

 

Are you some one who "works" for your help or volunteers it? Just curious because I have some questions.

From what I've heard, the stadium is small , and probably sell out. Will there be any TV or webcasts of the game , live?

yes - Just got back from dropping two players off - Stadium is small and 5000 people would seem to be an overload though it appears to be a great setting. If you live in Central or Southern KY, WKYT and WYMT (CW) will carry the game live at 12:00 PM. After spending 10 minutes at check in. I have no doubt the kids will be treated as royalty and have a great time.. GO KENTUCKY!! I even saw a USC cap in a truck stop and tried to bribe the kids to wear in presence of the Tenn kids:ylsuper:

Nobody in Northern Ky going to carry the game live or tape delay ? How about local radio?

 

I love football in NKY , but the local TV stations nearby don't , thats for sure!!! :madman:

It's a shame , every Sunday we get to watch Chad Ochostinko (spelling?) and the Bengals lay an egg or the Browns , but we can't get coverage for a good high school game.

Stadium was full last year, not much room to sit. Standing room around the track area was full also. Get there early, Tennessee's side has much less room than Kentucky's.

I would think that more people will be there this year too, with the weather being moderate (forecast partly cloudy and in the low 50's) It is a great place and beign crowded makes it even better. I think that they may bring in some extra stands that will be placed on the track around the field.

I work for it, but based on what I charge, my wife thinks it is more volunteer work! I do enjoy helping the kids, but it is part of my side business, video production.

 

I would be glad to answer any questions thru PM. I have helped many kids by just answering questions (some on here) on what they could do if they have the ability & time to do it for themselves. I only charge if I actually produce something tangible for them.

They won't sell out of tickets. They will sell to anyone I'm sure regardless of attendance because there is a lot of standing room.

Looks very good. Lots of good running backs that can make plays Charles Quainoo, Rees MacShara, Dominique Hayden, Rico Brown, Miles Simpson are some of the play makers i have heard a lot about.

Hey...GOOD LUCK to ALL the NKY representatives playing in the Border Bowl this week-end!! I'm sure they made some lasting friendships and will have a GREAT time Saturday whippin' dem TN boyz!! again! Have a safe travel and an injury free game. The weather is already forecasted to be good FB weather...I'm just now thawed out from last year! LOL!
