I would like to see him here...though I tend to think his future in D1 may be on the defensive side of the ball.

I would say with his size you would almost have to play him on defense. I think he could be a solid player at a couple of defensive spots.

The chance to stay home is big to a lot of kids. Congrats on a great pickup.

Also a rumor Green might be transferring.

They kept their promise and let him play RB.... ?

It says strong is going heavy after Patterson, and DeVante Parker (Ballard)...that's amazing....add to that a chance (maybe) at James Quick...and the local talent thing looks exciting.

Well he might need to wait a bit on Quick.

Good pick up. Strong has to keep to get the kids out of his back yard. UK has done a good job of coming and walking off with some quality players.

Patterson hopefully is next.

The kid from Seneca is not that big of a surprise because he was on the verge of verballing to Kragthorpe but only backed away when his firing became more likely.

Id say Patterson is a possibility as well.

I can't see the Patterson kid going anywhere else than Louisville with defensive minded Charlie Strong coaching.

Unless he is enamoured with playing in the SEC, the Cardinals and Coach Strong will land this prospect.

Also a rumor Green might be transferring.

Heard the same rumor. For those who don't know, Justin Green played at Male and played this year as a true frosh at U.of Illinois. He is a speed merchant. His dad is William "Jelly" Green who played at WKU, I believe, and his brother, Marcus, played DL at OSU.

I'm sure Justin will have to sit out a year if he does indeed come to UL.

I'm interested in seeing which prospects from Florida Strong brings.
