Highlands physical style of play will be too much for the Cru. I look for both Grote and Kowolonek to have nice games.

 

The Birds depth down low with Watson, Dill, Smith-Keller, and Stewart will really take a toll on the smaller St. Henry front court.

Highlands by 2. Just think Cru will be more ready than the Birds but the talent HHS has will be too much to allow this upset. But I'm counting on a very exciting game.

Thanks, I did not realize only Grubbs was a footballer. The size will hurt the quick and well coached Crusaders. I'll still go out on a limb, but cut my margin of victory to 1 for St. Henry. Highlands still has to adjust to a new coach (granted he is an outstanding coach) this year.

I will say Highlands by 13.

Highlands by double digits. This team is hunger and will be off and running from the first tip. They've been killing eachother in practice. Its time for some fresh meat.

 

Plenty of depth to fill Grote's shoes while he heals. 6-7 Jack Stewart is more than capable of holding the fort until Grubbs is ready to go. Grubbs went to basketball practice today. Expect him to make an early appearance this weekend against Oak Hills

Hold on. Not so fast my friend. If I am reading this correctly - no Grubbs, no Grote and Lother has sore apendage. St Henry has played 2 games already and they have won at CovCath(not an easy task). It is at St Henry. I think this will be a tight ballgame. Would be surprised with blowout either way.
