I agree with you. Hayden is good player but Miles is a very special player. I haven't seen moves made like that since Shaun. Austin is a very special player as well even though nobody has mentioned him.

I have a question if you played for Raceland how were you beaten bye Beechwood lately? Beechwood played Raceland in the 84 playoffs and we didn't play them at all during the 90's. I know Beechwood played them a few years back in the playoffs did you play on that team?

I know they have played since 84. I said not to many times since 84. I know they played in the late 80's but none in the 90's. I think they played in the early part of this decade but I don't know what year.

You am pretty sure you played Raceland in the the early to mid '90's because I am best friends with Roy Lucas and he was on the Beechwood staff during that time. He was up and stayed with me while scouting. We lost to Beechwood in 2003 I believe after defeating Newport in round 1 that year. NewCath beat us in the Regional Championship game in 2006.

We didn't play Raceland at all during the time I was there. We played Paintsville and Bath County and Paris during my those years.

Ok, you won, I have gave deserved credit. I am just proud we made it to the game. I would have loved to have won but it was not to be this year but we return the bulk of this team and have a great chance at getting a title next year.

 

I think Mayfield has a great chance. You guys dominated your side of the brackets; the semi-final wasn't even a game. If you return the bulk of your team, I would say that you are the favorite to win the West, and possibly the state title. Good luck next year.
