How many games are their this week that will be rematches of district games in the regular season...and which of those games do you feel that the loser in the regular season comes back and gets revenge this week in the 2nd round of the playoffs.

Here locally Mayfield and Ballard Memorial will see each other again with Mayfield having won 53-14 during the regular season and IMHO see another similar score this week with Mayfield marching on to the regional championship game.

Fairview/LCA. Althought I think the outcome will be the same. I hope Fairview pulls the upset!

Highlands/Dixie....The Birds are just to strong in every aspect. HHS 49 Dixie 14.....

I do believe Nelson County travels to Greenwood for a rematch as well.

In 5A, both Oldham County vs. Jeffersontown and John Hardin vs. Doss are rematches.

The winners of the regular season matchups (Oldham & JH) should win again...

Bell County and Rockcastle County is a rematch. Bell won the earlier meeting 42 to 6 in week 6.

Harlan County and Letcher County Central is a rematch. HC beat LCC last time 12 to 7. The Bears travel to Letcher for the game this Friday. Bears all the way!!!

Marion County and Larue is a rematch with Marion winning the first one 33-7.

West Jessamine at Boyle

Belfry and Sheldon Clark

Henry Clay at Bryan Station. HC won 27-6 in the regular season

Belfry and Sheldon Clark

Didn't that matchup have several players tossed for a fight the first time around? Should be a great game.

It has turned into quite a rivalry game between SC/Belfry and tempers got out control and it was unfortunate that kids got ejected, however the impact would be severe in this round for the winning team. Belfry is already down in the RB position, Thomas Varney and Nathan Carroll were injured in the JC game and if they play they are likely not 100% and we cannot afford to lose anymore players.

Lets have a good, safe game...so there can be no question as to who will face the winner of the PCC/Mason game.

GO BIG RED!!!:madman:

Ballard at Male is a rematch but they are not in the same district

Fairdale at Western. Western won the reg. season game at Fairdale 48-28.
