October 26, 200916 yr Awesome, awesome game to be at. The most complete game that we have played in a really long time. There were more Bears fans today at PBS than Steelers fans in Week 3.
October 26, 200916 yr Great game by Bratkowski today. Palmer and the rest also played well. I think after the way things were going today they shouldn't even mess with getting Smith in there against the Ravens. Until things get ugly keep the line rolling. The Brat did call a very good game today, and was good to see them playing Henry more. Hopefully the offense can build off of this and it continues the rest of the year. I agree on Smith, there is no reason to put him in there right now when the line has been playing really well.

October 26, 200916 yr Not even close, Bears fans were out in full force. They shut up really quick though. Probably because they were like me. By the time I had time to sit down get situated take a drink and really pay attention to what was going on it was 21-0.
October 26, 200916 yr Benson back atop the NFL rushing lead with 720 yards. At current pace, he would have a team record 1,646 yards
October 26, 200916 yr I like this match up much better for the Bengals than last week. The Bengals were coming off some big emotional wins, and the Texans came in basically playing for their season. They had to win that game, or else they would have dropped to 2 and 4 and would be in really bad shape. I believe it was a good wake up call, because it was the first time the Bengals had really just actually been beaten. I mean I sure the Bengals felt like it was more luck than just getting beat by the Broncos, so now they have actually experienced really just getting completely beat. I think that wakes them up and they come out and have a great game this week. I really think we finally see the offense get it together this week. Good call on the offense getting it together this week.
October 26, 200916 yr Benson back atop the NFL rushing lead with 720 yards. At current pace, he would have a team record 1,646 yards If he stays healthy I think he gets it. :thumb: The Bengals are in very good shape going in to the bye week at 5 and 2. The schedule as a whole after the bye week is not as strong as before the bye week. So if we beat the teams that we should beat in the Browns, Chiefs, Lions, and Raiders. Then find away to win two more games, that would be at worst 11 and 5 and I think this year 11 and 5 won't miss the playoffs like last year, at least hopefully not.
October 26, 200916 yr How does Carson do this... Cincinnati Passing C/ATT YDS AVG TD INT RATING C. Palmer 20/24 233 9.7 5 0 146.7 Team 20/24 233 9.7 5 0 And not have a prefect passer rating.

October 26, 200916 yr ^ Indeed there were multiple times were I thought to my self that looks like the Carson of old. He finally may be finding his old grove.
October 26, 200916 yr Not enough yards :idunno: He made some insane throws today. The one on the sideline to Coles... wow. The man has not played much football in about 2 years. So I think we see him finally shaking off a lot of that rust. I mean people seem to forget last year even Peyton Manning seemed human at the start of last year, just by missing a few preseason games. For QB's its all about timing and rhythm, and I think Palmer is finally getting that back. I think this is just the start of seeing this offense getting back to what it was a few years ago and being one of the best in the NFL. The only difference this time is we have a runningback that can break longer runs, and an actual defense now.
October 26, 200916 yr I have to say the Bengals were impressive today. The atmosphere was electric and there was no doubt once they went up 14-0 it was all but over. What was more impressive is that they let last weeks' game become a part of the past, a totally different team.
October 26, 200916 yr The Bengals look like a team with confidence and on a mission. I wondered if this was a team that got off to hot start but would falter. I am thinking that they are really clicking on all cylinders and will contend for not only a playoff spot, but some homefield opportunities in the playoffs. They are really playing well. Benson was a beast and Palmer looked in excellent form. Can't call them the Bungles right now the way they are playing.
