If Corbin limits LCA to 21 points, I feel confident about their chances. The problem is, I doubt they can hold them to 3 TD's. I believe Corbin will have to score 35 or more to win.

:thumb: You and I are on the same page on this one (see post #12).

What seperates Corbin's running attack this year is, they aren't traditional in the fact they need long possessions to score. They have 3 backs who only need a small seam to take it to the house on any touch.

Normally a shoot out type game would favor a team like LCA. But if you can't play defense, Corbin can score alot of points fast.

LCA and Hayden wins this one. 35-21

I agree about Corbin being not your typical smashmouth team. They are plenty capable of sustaining huge clock burning drives. However, they are a quick hitting team with a lot of speed.

I film every game. We watch our early season game with the Hounds often. Watkins is UNBELIEVABLE on both sides of the ball (should be in the running for Mr. Football). Corbin is a well disciplined and very well coached team. Although I don't know a lot of detail about LCA, I'll take the Hounds by 2 scores.

This game will feature 3 great RB's Hayden of LCA and Watkins/Fritts of Corbin. I agree with a previous post Corbin will pull away late because of the depth @ RB.

I agree hard to believe now but he got his chance to be the feature back in their offense when Fritts got hurt last year, I believe. I guess he took his chance and RAN with it. A fine young man as well. But I think LCA will be to much for the Hounds at home. LCA 40 Corbin 28.

Who is #14 for Corbin? I was impressed with his defensive effort when he subbed in during the 2nd half of the Middlesboro game. He was playing on the DL(don't think that is where he would normally play)and was creating a lot of problems for the Yellow Jacket starters.

His name is Epperson he is a senior.

Look for both teams to score quick and often both teams have good offense Corbin defense is a little better Corbin wins 35 - 28.

LCA 42

Corbin 20

I think you are correct, Coach.

LCA 35-23.
