Penalties would not have mattered I am led to believe anyway???? Henry County stopped everything Hills had to offer tonight on defense trick formations whatever....Other than two screens, and long scramble by Curry the were held in check. HC done enough to win, if the calls would have went different then HC probably would have made enough plays to win, IMHO, hats off to Henry I was wrong. HC lost alot of yards due to penalties as well giving up 2 first downs on O to Holding and 2 More on D to penalties.

I'd like to...I did the game there two years ago and the game in Goshen last year...but I'm doing the Oldham County - Anderson County game which will decide that district (winner gets the district crown). Hard to be in two places at once...:cry:

SK all I'm gonna say is you must have been watching a different game than I was. in the first half after the big run by HC to the endzone. Hills defense kept them in check while on offense Hills was able to put some things together Wright moved the ball down the field grabbing 4-7 yards per carry and Curry takes it in the game is tied at the half. Second half HC defense stepped it up a notch or two we'll not take anything away from them but don't get on here and try to make it look like HC walked all over Hills tonight because we all know that isn't what happened.

Hey man I seen the game 3rd down and long Dylan ran a 50 d run to get to the 3 then they scored, other than that they got yards here and there but no steady drives. Wright had some nice runs but never more than one at a time. Thats what I seen but we can agree to disagree, bottom line HC stopped them when it mattered. I will agree that HC was stopped by Hills most of the night but they did allow HC to run up the middle alot late in the game HC simply laid the ball on the ground.

Couldn't be happier for Henry D-Coordinator Dennis Ledford. This one just shows he is one of the best defense coaches in Central Kentucky.

I agree. Both teams went back and forth with the chalkboard. There were plays both sides wish they could redo.

I think if that the HC team does not want to see Hills again anytime soon.

HC D was tough you got no argument here a little tougher in the second half than in the first. My point was this Hills played a pretty solid game as did Henry. but nobody out there tonight gave anything away every thing was earned every yard and every TD.

Good luck to both teams I think both have a chance to see each other again if they can get a few breaks in the post season.

You know this is one thing that always upsets me after a team losses. You can't controll the officials but the players and the plays that you run are in your controll. I was at the game and HC had a lot of missed calls and yes some of the calls for WH were questionable, however, that is out of our control much like the weather and the other team. So please don't refer to the reason that you lost was due to bad officiating. Memory serves me correct that you all recovered two fumbles and didn't convert. Might want to look at that reason for not winning.
