Kentucky vs. Auburn Predictions

Wildcats travel to the Plains with a new starting QB with Mike Hartline out. Teams have put up points and yards on the Tigers defense this year. I think this will be a good Football game. I am picking Kentucky 31-28.

I don't know why, but I am picking UK as well. I just think that they were so close last week that they will get it done this week.

 

Funny part is that a Kentucky HS QB is leading a MUCH improved Auburn offense. UK will have to score a bunch of points in this one to win IMHO.

Auburn's stadium is a much more intimidating place than South Carolina and Auburn is coming off an embarrassing performance last week. Auburn will be fired up to prove they aren't the team that Arkansas beat up on last week.

I just looked at Auburn's schedule, UK could catch them looking ahead with them playing @LSU followed by Ole Miss at home after this game, but I just have a feeling after their poor performance last week UK will get Auburn's best shot.

I don't think UK tackles well enough or has enough depth to take down Auburn's no huddle attack. They really need to slow them down alot though, I don't think UK could win a shoot-out type of game against Morehead State right now though. The Cats are going to need more than Cobb and Locke to keep up IMO.

 

I want to say UK, but I have to go with the Tigers.

Well, if nothing else...all the people saying to bench Hartline will get to see what it looks like without him. I can't make a prediction yet. I'm back and forth. I picked this as a win before the season, but I just don't know now.

A few weeks ago I said UK was 2-0 on their way to 2-4. I'm sticking with that prediction.
