Not that I know of, and I don't know of a Bylaw that covers it.

 

The "Transfer Rule" does not state "In season" or "Out of season".

That was my first question to be asked as well.

Carter was not kicked off the team, he has moved to Greenup County with foster parents,and is enrolled in Greenup

Even with him gone I still say Ashland by 3 touchdowns.

At least 3 or more Ashland is to good
